How cancelling your Ecomeal subscription works, and when refunds apply.

01Summary

  • Cancel any time by writing to us on email or WhatsApp.
  • Cancelling stops your next billing; you keep access until the end of the period you've paid for.
  • Amounts already paid are not refunded, including unused days or months.
  • Duplicate or wrong charges are always refunded.

02Subscription billing

Ecomeal Lite is a subscription billed in advance: ₹500 per month + GST on the monthly plan, or ₹3,999 + GST per year (₹333 per month) on the annual plan. Unless you cancel, your plan continues into the next billing period.

03How to cancel

Email support@ecomeal.in or message us on WhatsApp from your registered number or email, with your business name. Please cancel before your next billing date to avoid being charged for the next period. We will confirm your cancellation in writing.

04What happens after you cancel

Your account stays active until the end of the period you've already paid for, and then the subscription ends. You can export your data before then. After the subscription ends, we may delete your data after a reasonable period, as described in our Privacy Policy.

05No refunds for paid periods

Because Ecomeal is a subscription service that is available to you as soon as you pay, we do not offer refunds or credits for amounts already paid. This includes partial months, unused time on an annual plan, downgrades, and periods in which the Services were not used.

06Billing errors and duplicate charges

If you were charged twice, charged the wrong amount, or charged after a cancellation we had confirmed, write to us within 30 days of the charge at support@ecomeal.in. Once we verify the error, we will refund the extra amount to the original payment method, normally within 7 to 10 working days. The time for the money to reach your account depends on your bank or payment provider.

07Changes to this policy

We may update this policy. The version on this page, with its "Last updated" date, applies to new billing periods.
